Howie (H.C.) Noel is an award-winning professional illustrator and writer whose clients include T-Mobile, Dave & Busters, Upper Deck®, Cryptozoic, and CBS Radio. He regularly works with musicians like Noel Gallagher, The Pixies, Matt Forbes, The Midnight and Ryan Adams to bring imaginative posters and albums to life.
Howie has published numerous graphic novels including Mr. Scootles, Tara Normal and Float, an autobiographical memoir about living with generalized anxiety disorder. He has been a contributing artist for The Tribune’s Dick Tracy comic strip, Shadowline Comics, Devil’s Due, and numerous indie comics and graphic novels.
Howie dedicates his “free” time to his passion projects: Dick Tracy Rogues’ Gallery, Clew detective comic strip and The Salesman - an original comic dedicated to his later father Howard.
